Sachin Maskey MD

Sachin Maskey is a Real Estate Investor, entrepreneur, board-certified in family medicine, and founder of a non-profit organization named “Dhana Yoga Foundation,” whose mission is “Wealth and Prosperity for all.” He is also the founder of a real estate firm known as “Avatar Equity,” co-author of a chapter in the book called “Persistence, Pivots, and game-changer,” married and blessed with two kids. He enjoys cooking, painting, and playing guitar, and lives in North Dartmouth (Massachusetts, United States). He came to the USA with only $2000 in his pocket back in 2006; with a continuous struggle, he got his first residency training in 2007. He is passionate about helping others achieve financial freedom with passive real estate investment.

Vinney (Smile) Chopra is a real estate investor, syndicator, International best-selling author, host of 4 podcasts, multifamily educator and mentor. Vinney has resided in Danville, California (near San Francisco) for 40+ years. He is also a dedicated husband of over 40 years and father of 2 children-Neil and Monica. Vinney came to this country with only $7 in his pocket and a dream. Vinney has now built a portfolio of over 4500 units amounting to over $440 million in the multifamily, senior assisted living, and hospitality arenas. He is passionate about helping others achieve financial freedom and giving back to our seniors who have given us so much.
